s/p Laparoscopic radical subtotal gastrectomy with Roux-en-Y anastomosis (2023-12-20)
Mild periportal edema.
Interval mild decreased extent of fluid collection around pancreaticoduodenal groove and gastrohepatic ligament.
: Newly visible air at forementioned area.
REC) Clinical correlation with irrigation history.
Drainage catheter insertion state.
: mild migration to central area.
Focal possible wall discontinuity and air at the proximal duodenum, around resection site (arrow).

Small ascites.
No focal hepatic lesion.
Bilateral small renal cysts.
No abnormal lymphadenopathy.
Subsegmental atelectasis and minimal pleural effusion in both.
Otherwise, unremarkable.
