2023-08-22 촬영한 추적관찰 복부CT검사결과지입니다.

CT, Abdomen & Pelvis (with enhance)(No oral water)

History :
1. Follow up for metastatic uterine cervical cancer.
2. Compared with 2023-01-15 CT.
Technique :
Intravenous contrast material 주입 후 routine abdomen 및 pelvic CT protocol로 시행함.
Findings :
Newly developed mechanical ileus with abrupt narrowing at the pelvic ileal loop (SE 10 IM 56), possibly due to peritoneal adhesion rather than peritoneal seeding.
Increase in amount of ascites with multifocal peritoneal infiltration in the omentum, both paracolic gutters, and pelvic peritoneum:
-> early peritoneal seeding should be excluded.
Recommendation : short-term follow up.
Loculated fluid collection around the left adnexa :
- peritoneal inclusion cyst
No enlarged lymph nodes in th abdomen and pelvis.
Liver, pancreas, spleen, gastrointestinal gract, gallbladder, basal lung are nomal.
No abnormality in the musculoskeletal system.
[결론]
1. Newly developed mechanical ileus with abrupt narrowing at the pelvic ileal loop (SE 10 IM 56), possibly due to peritoneal adhesion rather than peritoneal seeding.
