subtle 한 omental infiltration 이 있는데 (SE 2 IM63)뚜렷한 seeding nodule는 없음

follow up하시기 바랍니다.

직장암 수술후 CT 결과입니다. 3개월 후 다시 찍어보자고 하네요~
