[Patient Info]
BS : 122 mg/dL
Ⅰ. Clinical Information :
# Pancreatic cancer with L2, L3, liver mets
S/P PPPD (22.3)
S/P 2L2C CTx (22.12)
S/P spine RTX (22.7.10-11.6)
S/P L2, L3 vertebroplasty (22.8)
Ⅱ. Purpose of study :
Metastasis work up
Response evaluation (continue vs change vs stop)
Ⅲ. Radiopharmaceutical : F-18 FDG
Ⅳ. Procedure :
After 1 hour of F-18 FDG IV administration, torso images from skull base to pelvic area were obtained.
The maximum SUVs of lesions were mentioned in braces.
Images were compared with the previous PET/CT on 2022-03-08
Ⅴ. Finding :
** Covered head & neck
No abnormal FDG uptake in the covered head & neck.
** Thorax
Pleural effusion with mild hypermetabolism in both hemithoraces
** Abdomen
Focally hypermetabolic lesions in peritoneum nearby op site (~5.59)
** Musculoskeletal system
1. Diffusely hypermetabolic lesions in L2 and L3 spines. (~12.16)
2. Diffuse hypermetabolic lesion in the left psoas muscle (9.65)
3. Focally hypermetabolic lesions in the right ribs.
- Fracture, more likely.
====== [Conclusion] ======
(Compared with the previouis PET/CT on 2022-03-08)
1. Focally hypermetabolic lesions in peritoneum nearby op site.
- DDx. Local recur or metastases, more likely.
Rec) Clinical and radiological correlation.
2. Diffusely hypermetabolic lesions in L2 and L3 spines.
- DDx. Inflammatory lesions, more likely.
Metastases
Rec) Clinical correlation.
3. Inflammatory lesions more likely, left psoas muscle.
4. Pleural effusion in both hemithoraces
5. Fractures in right ribs.
