가슴이 답답하다고 하셔서 CT를 찍었는데요.
호흡기내과? 심장내과? 어느과로 가야 할까요?

Chest non-contrast CT
1. paraseptal and centrilobular emphysema in both lungs, moderate degree.
2. diffuse mild bronchial wall thickencing
r/o bronchitis.
3. endobronchial linear bulging lesion in the dependent portion of Lt. main bronchus.
> more likely dense secretion rather than tumorous condition.
> recommend : clinical correlation and follow up.
4. fibrosis in BUL, Probably post-inflammatory sequelae.
5. pleural fatty proliferation in BLL.
6. several calcified lymph nodes in the mediastinum.
7. coronary artery calcificaition in LAD.
> recommend : cardiac evaluation.
8. dense calcification in the splenic hilum, possible calcified splenic artery aneurysm.
