▣ 검사정보 및 소견
US images of right thigh are obtained.
Clinical information: known myxoid liposarcoma on CTx s/p excision (외부병원)
Right inguinal area에 dermal layer에 deep fascia까지 이어지는 irregular shape lesion이 관찰됨. 이는 MR images에서 보이는 postoperative scarring으로 생각됨.
인접하여 small sized LN가 관찰됨.
이전 MR images에서, rectus femoris muscle의 deep fascia에 인접하여 관찰되던 enhancing lesion은 현 US images에서는 명확하지 않음.
이전 MR images에서, femoral vessels 인접하여 관찰되던 enhancing lesion (1.4cm )은 현 US image에서 hyperechoic 하게 관찰됨 (1.5*1.0*0.6cm).
▣ 결론 및 진단
1. 1.5*1.0*0.6cm hyperechoic lesion adjacent to femoral vessels.
- MR images에서 enhancement를 보이던 위치의 lesion으로 reccurent lesion의 가능성이 있음. 그러나 color doppler images에서 vascularity의 증가는 관찰되지 않음.
2. Postoperative scarring at right inguinal area.
3. Small sized LN at right inguinal area.

혹시 결론 및 진단에 재방병변 가능성 있음... 그 옆에 칼라도플러영상에서 혈관증가는 관찰되지 않음.
이건 어떤의미인가요??
