[Conclusion]
Small new nodule, LUL.
rec) f/u.
Increased extent of bronchiolitis, both lungs.
Increased size of probable metastatic LN, descending paraaortic area.
[Finding]
ovarian cancer 환자임.
2021-12-24 CT와 비교판독함.
LUL apex에 small nodule이 하나 새롭게 보임(arrow). f/u 요망됨.
이전부터 보였던 LUL의 small nodule은 변화 없음.
양측 lung에 bronchiolitis로 보이는 nodular branching opacity들의 extent는 다소 증가하였음.
descending thoracic aorta에 연한 LN로 보이는 nodular opacity는 크기가 증가하였음.
Rt. common carotid artery의 occlusion 변화 없음.
bony thorax에 특이소견 없음.
