Peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
Compared with 2020-12-19 chest CT
1. No changed of residual small LNs in the both axilla
No change of residual tiny LNs in right internal mammary, cardiophernic areas and mediastium ---> improved lymphoma
2. No change of several small nodules in both lungs(arrows on Se2
--> r/o intrapulmonary lymph node or inflammatory nodule
3. Subsegmental atelectasis in RML
4. Secretion in tracheobronchial tree
5. No evidence of new lesion in thorax
