CT. Abdomen & Pelvis(with enhance)
▷History
1. CBD cancer로 수술함
2. Neck level의 peripheral T-cell Lymphoma로 치료함
3. R/O stable peritoneal carcinomatosis로 chemotherapy 후 follow up
▷Technique
Oral(water) 및 intravenous contrast material[정맥 조영제] 주입 후 routine abdomen 및 pelvic CT protocol로 시행함.
▷Finding
-.Liver에 전이나 뚜렷한 새로운 병변 없음
-.Bile duct는 늘어나 있지 않으며 liver 수술 부위에 이상 없음
-.Hepatic artery주변에 soft tissue thickening은 과거와 변화 없음
benign postop change로 생각됨
-.Kidney cyst변화 없음
-.Peritoneum에 mild한 infiltration이 있으며 이러한 소견은 지난 2020년 7월 이후 큰 변화 없음
-.복수나 새로운 mass나 significant한 크기의 lymph node enlargement없음
▷결론
1. No change of peritoneal mild infiltration
-R/O benign postop change
-R/O stable peritoneal metastasis
2. Otherwise no remarkable postop finding in abdomen
