2. Specimen : A segment of colon, 21.5cm in lenth and 3.5cm in circumference

3. Lesion : A relatively well-defined ulceroinfiltrative mass. 5x2.2x0.2cm in sigmoid colon

- Cut surface : Grayish white,firm,and granular

- Extension : Focal involvement of visceral peritoneum

4. Resection margins : Not involved by tumor grossly

(Safety margin : proximal - 11cm,distal-8cm)
