안녕하세요, 어제 퇴원 후 첫 외래 진료 보면서,
수술 후 조직검사결과지를 발급받았습니다.
해당 내용들이(총 3쪽) 궁금하여 문의글로 인사 드립니다.
진단서의 질병분류 코드는 C539, D259, N858이 기재되어 있는데,
경부암 외에도 어디가 안좋으셨던가 해서요 ㅠㅠ
덧붙여 진단서에 별도로 최종병기가 기재되어 있지 않은데,
조직검사 결과지에 해당 내용이 있는지도 문의 드리겠습니다.

Submitted for permanent section diagnosis consists of three bottles.
Bottle I(uterus and BS0) is a total uterus and both adnexae, weighing 117gm, and 7 X 7 X 5cm.
The perimetrium is smooth.
Anterior mucosa 9-3 o'clock area shows marked necoritic tumor like lesion, measuring 2.5 cm in width and 1.5 cm in length.
The tumor is located in exocervical portion including squamo-columnar junction.
Posterior mucosa shows moderate erosion.
The depth of invasion is less than 5 mm, grossly.
The endometrium is thin in thickness.
The myometrium shows a few small myomatous nodules, measuring up to 0.9 cm.
The right and left ovaries measure 2 X 1.2 X 0.7cm and 2 X 1.2 X 1.2cm.
The right and left salpinges measure 5 cm and 5 cm in length.
The both adnexae are grossly unremarkable.
The cervix in A to D(0-3시 : A1 to A3, 3-6시 : B1 and B2, 6-9시 : C1 and C2, 9-12시 : D1 to D5), anterior and posterior cervical margin in E1 and E2, body in F and G, right adnexa in H, left adnexa in I, right and left parametrium in J1 and J2, K1 to K3.
Bottle ll contains right pelvic lymph node.
