1. no change of superimposed infection presacral recurred tumor with suspicious fistulous tract with the anorectal stump
- direct invasion of bladder posterior wall
- increased extent of necrotic area wiht air bubbles
2. infectious trochanteric bursitis with pyomyositis in the right gluteus, maximus, and obturator internus
- no change of trochanteric bursitis, but decreaesed amount of subgluteus medius bursal effusion
- no change of extensive signal alteration of adjacent right obturator internus, adductors, gluteus medius & maximus muscles
- suspected new abscess formation in the adductor longus
- increased extent of muscle signal alteration in the thigh anterior and medial compartment muscles
3. no significant interval change of the right sacral bone metastasis
- obliterating rt s1-3 neural foramina
